I’m building a simple scorecard to compare platforms by their PayPal experience. I want consistent, transparent criteria with light weights: fees, minimum top-ups, verification friction, mobile checkout stability on flaky networks, and support responsiveness. Ideally there’s also a short method for documentation (timestamps, screenshots) so results are repeatable and audit-friendly.
